Best Buddies is an international organization designed to enhance the lives of people with intellectual disabilities. A volunteer
who is interested in. participating is matched with a "buddy", a person with intellectual disabilities. The pair
that is matched are suppose to talk at least once a week and hang out at least once a month. The ultimate goal is for a natural
friendship to develop between the two. Best Buddies helps people with intellectual disabilities meet and make friends with
those who do not have intellectual disabilities.
Our first event is the Pumpkin Patch!!
